Hunter of the North focuses on providing authentic, local experiences and flavours. Our passions are hunting, fishing and cooking. Our experiences always include local storytelling and a little bit of magic.
Our operations are mostly in Muonio lake and river areas, and in Kilpisjärvi fell and mountain areas. We will also operate in Sweden and Norway. National Park of Pallas-Yllästunturi and various wilderness areas provide the cleanest air, purest waters and eight beautiful seasons to have the full experience. Area organizations Discover Muonio, Lapland and Original Lapland promote the areas with co-operation of Visit Finland and House of Lapland.
We bear responsibility for the environment and therefore minimizing the negative environmental effects caused by tourism is important to us. In our experiences and activities, we strive to be naturefriendly, and we operate on the terms of nature and animals. You can taste the locality in our products, since they are local food and organic.
Guesthouse Box Bed & Breakfast
Guesthouse Box Bed & Breakfast is located in Box, Sipoo in a peaceful village setting, just half an hour’s drive from Helsinki and 20 km from Porvoo. The accommodation is in two different buildings and the Handelsmans Cafe in the courtyard serves homemade, juicy café delicacies and snacks.core/paragraph The café also sells a range of organic, local and eco products.
The food is prepared in the spirit of slow food, mainly from local and ecologically produced lactose-free ingredients and served from a buffet.
Individual travellers, families, weekenders, corporate clients, project workers and conference guests are all welcome to stay and enjoy our services.

Särkänniemi is a place of joy and experiences. Responsibility is one of Särkänniemi´s most important values and built into the bedrock of Särkänniemi. In Särkännäniemi´s responsibility programme, responsibility is divided into five parts of which environmental responsibility will be number one in the coming years: we aim for a carbonneutral amusement park by 2030 and strive to reduce the climate impact of the amusementpark in many ways, big and small.
Säynätsalon kunnantalo – In the footsteps of Alvar Aalto
Säynätsalo Town Hall is one of the most famous buildings designed by Alvar Aalto. The building has a strong connection to the surrounding nature and community. In the late 1940s, the project was a huge effort for the small municipality of Säynätsalo: 3000 inhabitants, three rather small islands, but an industrialised community.

Hetan Kota
Hetan Kota is homelike destination which offers individual accommodations for different kind of groups, families and friends.
We are located in vicinity of 4 national parks, next to Pallas-Ylläs National Park where we offer backpacking packages. There is at your disposal free of charge e.g. rowing boats, bicycles, kick sleds, snowshoes and sleds.
You can also relax in the sauna, cool off in the cleanest air in the world and take a swim in Ounasjärvi regardless of the season. Here you are in the middle of national parks and wilderness, next to the Hetta-Pallas hiking trail and ski trails.

Aavameri
Aavameri organises quality courses and excursions for all levels of paddlers, from beginners to experienced guides who want to improve their skills and knowledge. We operate both in Finland on the Archipelago Sea and in many stunning destinations abroad, including the UK, Norway and Western Sweden.
For more experienced paddlers, we rent quality sea kayaks and paddling equipment. We offer transport of equipment to and from the starting point, assistance in planning the excursions, maps and maintenance support during the excursion.

VisitEDUfinn’s mission is to promote the good practices of Finnish education, offering cost-effective solutions for education professionals from around the world who are interested in benchmarking Finnish schools and the Finnish Education System.
We organize in a sustainable way school visits, study tours, educational conferences, and job shadowing in Finland along with training programs worldwide to inspire teachers, principals, and local authorities.
Nuuksio
Our family company Nuuksion Taika is located next to Nuuksio National Park, less than 40 km from Helsinki center and its airport. Villa Paratiisi is a cottage by the lake and Wäinölä our accessible forest restaurant, event and party venue in the middle of the forest.

Hotel Krepelin
Krepelin is a year-round accommodation service provider in an authentic 19th-century sea merchant’s yard in the culturally and historically unique town of Kristiinankaupunki.
The hotel consists of nine renovated apartments, all with a private bathroom and kitchen. The apartments are named after their 19th-century uses: the Spice Storage, the Barn, the Horse Stables and the Bailiff House. For the luxury seeker there are three historic suites decorated in early 19th century style all still with modern amenities.

Kopparö at Tammisaari
Kopparö resort is located in the beautiful Tammisaari archipelago. The area has cottages, a campsite, a harbour and a restaurant. In Kopparö there is a nice 6 km long nature trail in the seascape with several barbecue places and a suspension bridge. The Kopparö area is constantly being developed and in 2020, 6 new holiday cottages were built on the site, along with a new service building for the campsite. Kopparö has started working towards a responsible tourism label.
